In view of demands of its esteemed customers, we give an option to the interested customers to make easy purchase of Gold Coins, Gold Jewellery and Little Nathella Jewellery (hereinafter collectively referred to as Jewellery or Jewelleries) by making advance payments over a period of 11 months under Zero % Jewellery Purchase Plan.

Such advance of moneys received towards purchase of the Jewellery shall be subject to the following conditions:

  1. The advance payments have to be made on or before the 10th of every month. Multiple payments by the customer in the same month are not allowed.

  2. Such payments can be made by cash, DD or local cheque. Cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of Nathella Sampathu Chetty & Co.. Cheque return charges should be borne by the customer.

  3. The management will not be responsible for payments made in any other mode.

  4. Customer can get the delivery of the Jewellery only after receipt of all the due advances and no cash refund will be made under any circumstances.

  5. The duration of Zero% Purchase Plan is 11 months.

  6. The customer can get the Jewellery only after 2 weeks from the payment of the last advance.

  7. (a) There will be no Value Addition up to 23% on Jewellery bought by payment of above advances and VAT will be borne by the customer. . In case of Jewelleries above 23% Value Addition, the difference over 23% will be collected from the customer. This, however, will not be applicable if the customer opts to stop making payments before completing 11 advances and if any free gifts are given the value will be deducted. The customer will bear any applicable taxes, rates, cess or duties.

    (b) In case of purchase of Diamond, Platinum, Antique, Sikri, Ruby, Emerald, Silver Articles & Giftables, a flat discount of 10% will be given on the total amount paid. The customer will bear any applicable taxes, rates, cess or duties.

  8. At the time of taking delivery of the Jewellery or other products under the above Purchase Plans, whether at the end or in the middle of such Plans, the customer will be mandatorily required to furnish Photo ID card.

  9. The customer is advised to ensure that all the payments made by theme are correctly registered in the JPP pass book. If any discrepancy is found, the same must be brought to the management’s notice for rectification.

  10. The terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the management

  11. All the legal issues are subject to chennai Jurisdication only.
